3. Google Ads Data

When you connect your Google Ads account through Nayanam, we access and use your Google Ads data as follows:

What we access

We request the adwords OAuth scope, which grants access to your Google Ads account data. Specifically, we access:

• Campaign, ad group, and asset group structures
• Existing ad creative assets (text headlines, descriptions, images)
• Campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions)
• Account-level settings (customer ID, currency)

How we use it

We use your Google Ads data solely to:

• Push AI-generated creative assets (images, videos, ad copy) into paused draft campaigns in your own Google Ads account
• Create campaign budgets, ad groups, asset groups, and responsive search ads on your behalf
• Upload image assets and link YouTube video assets to your campaigns
• Display your existing campaigns and performance data within the Nayanam dashboard so you can manage and iterate on your ads

How we store it

• Your Google Ads OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted in our database and is never shared with third parties
• We do not store bulk exports of your Google Ads data; we query it on-demand when you use the Service
• Campaign and asset metadata created through Nayanam is stored to enable editing and re-publishing

How to revoke access

You can disconnect your Google Ads account at any time from Settings → Connections within the Nayanam app. This immediately revokes our access to your Google Ads account. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access does not delete campaigns or assets already created in your Google Ads account.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Process your AI generation requests (images, videos, ad copy)
• Publish ad campaigns to connected advertising platforms
• Improve our AI models and features
• Send service-related communications
• Process payments for premium features
• Ensure platform safety and security

5. Information Sharing

We may share your information with:

• Service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing)
• AI model providers (for content generation)
• Advertising platforms (Google Ads, YouTube) when you explicitly choose to publish campaigns
• Legal authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

Nayanam's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only use Google user data for the purposes described in this policy (publishing ad creatives and displaying campaign data)
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Service, comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger or acquisition
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements to you
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive credentials (such as OAuth tokens) at rest and in transit. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Export your data
• Object to certain processing
